No, because "disaster" is Latin (literally "evil star") whereas "-ologist"
is Greek, and the union is unpleasant. Better would be "catastrophologist"
or even "cacostrophologist" ("catastrophe" is "down-turning"; "cacostrophe",
which I just invented, is "bad-turning").
