Dear Adrian,
Forgive me, I was not aware of these 'rules'. My mine, Bwlch-Glas has been
subject to some 'taking-away', but access to same must have my permission for
access - I add here, that any unauthorised access is not my responsibility,
and the Police will be called as required,- copy of this will be passed to
the surface owner. Likewise, authorised access must now come from NAMHO
recognised Societies/Members. FOR THE RECORD, NO ONE ELSE HAS AUTHORISED
ACCESS, otherwise, if there is any breach in this whatsoever, I will have the
mine closed for good via the Mines Inspectorate.
Now you have publicised the rules, all will be aware. However, I still feel
these firm rules should be very more openly publised: it is after all to the
benefit of us all & posterity. Sometimes the uninitiated can make mistakes, &
this is understandable: we are all of us guilty, if we admit to it, of doing
same at one time or another. Luckily, everybody is wiser now; let us all
tell others so they may be aware.
Kind Regards to All, Bernard.
