Any reclamation of land may require planning consent from either the
MIneral/Waste Planning Authority or the Local Planning Authority depending
on the site. When carrying out any work I would suggest that you inform the
Mineral Planning Authority of your proposal and ask them to confirm one way
or the other if they require you to submit an application.
