I would agree that ore processing was an essential element in any mining
operation. The remit of the list does cover integrated smelting operations,
e.g. on site, but my feeling was that to cover the commercial smelting
operations, i.e. those buying in ores, particularly from overseas, would be
too wide a subject to be covered effectively.
Given that the message on Pembrey was sent twice without any response, other
than mine, suggests that the interest / expertise isn't on this list.
