We had a ropeway here in Irvinebank, Far North Qld. It was built by "Arial
Ropeways Ltd London" and was used to cart tin ore from 2 local mines to the
treatment works. Built 1912 - 13. We have a tower at the museum along with
some of the buckets and other parts and some good photo's are extant. I
will try to post these onto the web soon.

Hi
There was a ropeway from Bog Mine in Shropshire to
Minsterley. I am informed that when it was dismantled
during or after 1925 it was imported to Spain via
Santander. Does anyone know anything of its subsequent
history?
