Hi Group
Firstly an apology for including an attachment with my last message.
As I actually pressed the button I suddenly thought to myself "oh ****"
I'm not supposed to do that but it was too late!
Anyway, I have had a few more updates on existing headgears and thanks
to the contributors for that. I have also decided to after all draw a
line under the definition of a headgear before it goes on forever! Thus
I am only going to include surface headgears winding in vertical shafts
(or replicas thereof). This excludes jackrollers and structures for
winding on drifts.
I have placed the list on the BMD website and you can access it by
clicking below.

Hope it is of some use and I would be interested in learning from the
group if any of them are eventually felled or new ones turn up so I can
keep it updated. Wouldn't it be nice if someone took it as a hint to
photograph all existing headgears on the list as they are now!!!
Thanks
Adrian
