This compares mortalitity rates in various occupations in England and Wales
1851 - 1902. For each of the periods reprisented general labourers have a
mortality rate as much as twice that of coalminers. In the textile districts
of Yorkshire and Lancashire the catagory of "general labourer" would include
most of the workers in textile mills.
