"The Guardian" of Saturday 22/4/00 contained an article about Bryn Eglwys.
It was by Maev Kennedy, Arts and Heritage correspondent, and headed "Rock of
ages - Quarry opens to visitors". This said "... to celebrate today's
reopening of a quarry which has been buried in forest for half a century."
No contact details or opening hours were given, other than the fact it has
been reopened for tourism by Wil Jones.
