I was passing on info. second hand and was told ECC; sorry if this
confused anyone!
Some questions for consideration...
When was the listing removed, and on whose advice? English
Heritage would have been requested to cancel the listing by
someone... If the listing incorporated the engine subsequent
removal of that engine was illegal unless listed building consent
was given. Who removed the engine? Did they not realise that they
would invalidate the listed status of the house, if the engine was
part of the listing?
