Thanks Bernard for mentioning the mining journals, I omitted mention them in
my original request to the list and the Queensland Parliamentary Papers, of
which James Cook University has an excellent collection. When one has more
time, both of these will be an excellent source. In the meantime, what I'm
looking for is a 'quick & dirty' source a long the lines of Schmitz.
