The following notice appears in the April issue of The Practising Midwife.
In view of the recent thread of messages concerning loss of midwife autonomy
in most NHS maternity units, I re-print the notice here, (with Jilly
Rosser's permission) for the benefit of midwives who do not have access the
journal.
