Dear Freda
Mea culpa! I did at first paste and copy, but the resulting message was so
long and disjointed it triggered a long warning message (liable to be
split up for transmission). So I sent it as a Plain Text attachment, which
as was explained earlier, is the only safe way to send an attachment - no
possibility of embedded codes for virus, worms, etc.
In future I'll ignore any warnings and keep the text in the body of the
message.
Once again, apologies to anyone who deleted the message without opening it
because of the attachment. Maria Morgan's message shortly afterwards gave
the website address for the Hansard report - www.publications.parliament.uk
. You then need to go to Publications on the internet, Hansard, House of
Commons, Westminster Hall, Wednesday 19th April 2000, then scroll down to
Maternity Care (11.am).
Ishbel
