The problem (or is it a feature?) is that mcg has been set up as a sublist
of artnet-all, despite the fact that artnet-all is defined as:
"A superlist for distributing broad-based messages (such as conference
announcements) to lists concerned with the provision of visual arts
information services to UK Higher Education over SuperJANET"
Sending a message to artnet-all causes that message to be copied to
mcg as well as all the following other sublists :
adam-friends (a closed list)
Discussion list for the Friends of ADAM, the volunteer network of the Art,
Design, Architecture & Media Information Gateway http://adam.ac.uk/
adam-news
An open discussion list for the ADAM (Art,Design, Architecture and
Media information gateway) project.
adam-project (a closed list)
This list is to enable members of the ADAM (Art, Design, Architecture and
Media information gateway) project to keep in contact with each other.
This is a new academic project based upon the World Wide Web.
vads-ag (a closed list)
A closed list for members of the JISC funded Visual Arts Data Service
Advisory Group
