Dear andreas;
Yes, I am sure about that. In Fact the other Habl-ul Matins are not very
important and famous. The founder of that newspaper, Seyyed jalal-el din
Hoseini Kashani (Mo'ayyed-ul Islam), founded and published it in Calcutta
from 1893 till 1930. In 1907, during the Constitutional revoloution his
brother Seyyed Hasan Kashani published habl-ul matin in the same size and
format of calcutta edition. The Style of writings and subjects of both
papers were the same, but the Tehran edition was weekly. However, this one
banned after publishing 6 issues. In 1909, special press court banned the
paper and ordered him to leave Tehran for Rasht. while He was in Exile,
Seyyed Hasan established another Habl-ul Matin in 1909 in Rasht.according to
E.G Browne it lasted only 3-4 months.
As you can see none of those two Habl-ul Matins are as important and
influencial as the first one. In fact they are quite rare and more difficult
to find than the Calcutta one! By the way what i did mention about Habl-ul
Matin in Iranian libraries was about the existance of it. Weather they are
reachable or not, is a completely different matter.
Best Regards,
Majid Tafreshi
