Hi,
We've checked that our servers are running from both inside and out of
the UK, so I don't think it's a problem from our end - you might want to
contact your local IT support who could maybe decipher where the problem
is coming from? A couple of people have mentioned problems connecting
through the NHSnet, I'm not sure if that is the problem.
