Jason Long, librarian, Ohio:
'A mother and her two children came in one evening and were looking at
the video collection. The two children began arguing about a movie and
became pretty loud when the mother finally interjected with "Quieten
down! This is a library and people are trying to read the backs of the
videos" '.
