I tend to use the 'Guidelines' book that is published three times a year and handed out by drug reps. It's a good summary of UK guidelines, with pointers to the full text and I can supplement it with internet/database searches for international or journal based material

There is a section for Clinical Guidelines on the Exeter
Medical Library Website that could be a helpful starting
point. It is a general collection of resources for
accessing guidelines, many of which are American. On the
other hand, others are fairly specific or local.
