Dear list members
I have been charged with the dubious honour of evaluating our library
service.
We are a registered charity providing support and information for people
with dementia and their carers. We have a specialist library collection that
serves national staff within the London office and on a regional basis. We
also provide an enquiry service to external enquirers.
If anyone out there thinks they have a comparable service and have carried
out an evaluation I would be very greatful for your help and or advice on
how to go about this.
with regards
Lesley MacKinnon
