Are you interested in quality and performance within the NHS?
Are you responsible for monitoring and improving the standards
of care?
The NHS Performance Assessment Framework was introduced
in April 1999 as part of the move towards assessing
performance in the NHS. It aims to assist the NHS in improving
the health of the population and providing better care and
outcomes by encouraging quality and efficiency across six areas.
It will also be used to assess how the NHS is carrying out this
work and encourage benchmarking between similar
organisations.
Aimed at health service managers, health care professionals and
health information professionals, this study day will provide a
greater understanding on the use and implementation of the
Performance Assessment Framework from a range of
perspectives.

others, 60pounds + VAT for the study day and membership of IFM
