Publish or perish
… but don't forget the information professional
- a light-hearted look at the serious matter of current and future
trends in scholarly communication by Keith Webster
What will be the impact of the changes in technology, publishing and
higher education on scholarly communication? Will academics publish
their research on the web, bypassing traditional publishers? Where will
this leave traditional players such as publishers, libraries and other
information providers?
