The latest issue of `Library History' has just issued forth, reminding me
that I omitted to post the contents of the previous issue, published last
November. Obviously the effects of Christmas, the Millenium bug (anyone
remember that?), the New Year, etc., conspired to wipe out some vital
brain cells. I now send out the contents of both the previous and current
issues.
