I agree wholeheartedly with Elaine's comments. Although some of these requests are undoubtedly legitimate it would seem by the frequency of some
people's requests for help that they aren't doing very much searching themselves!
I'm afraid here at Reading we simply do not have time anyway to check these global requests and I suspect that this may be true of many other
libraries.
