This is just what I mean. Mike's is a serious question but if it's the
only one that comes to mind when ILL costs are discussed then I
think there is a problem.
Are we really forced to think of this whole thing only in terms of
cost? Are we actually passing on costs to some readers that
others don't have to pay because of the structure of our library's
book and journals stock? Isn't this inherently unjust?
