Here at University of Plymouth we are happy to receive requests via
e-mail: which is "[log in to unmask]" (in any case it is in the BL
directory). We obviously need BL deposit/billing account number
or voucher number and like many other libraries we print off the
request/s and deal with them in turn with other requests (unless they
were particlularly marked urgent).
