No. All requests are dealt with centrally at our Chester Road
Site,
though readers do have the option to collect loan items from 2
of our
far flung sites.

We receive approx 23,000 requests per annum from our readers, and
by the time we've sifted out the "in stock" items etc, etc, we end
up
applying for approx 20,000 items per annum. We lend approx 500-600
items per annum to other libraries.

1 x Assistant Librarian, Scale 5/6
1 x Senior Library Assistant, Scale 3
0.5 x Clerical, Scale 1/2

The Assistant Librarian supervises ILL, but also is heavily involved
in the
daily ILL grind. The Assistant Librarian is supervised by the
Technical
Services Manager, who is also responsible for Periodicals,
Cataloguing
and Acquisitions.
