Anne,
We have had three 3M self-issue pcs in service since September last year,
and are very happy with them. There were a few teething problems, which were
quickly overcome, although I think our decision to install during the long
summer vacation was a wise one.
After some initial reluctance on the part of our users, our statistics show
that the self-issue pcs regularly account for a healthy 30% - 35% of all
issues from within this building.
You and your colleagues are most welcome to come and visit cool and gusty
Glasgow for an on-site demonstration if you can face the journey.
Regards.
Fiona Hall

Subject: Who has Self-issue ?
We are right at the beginning of a project to introduce self-issue machines.
Please could anyone in the UK who already runs this with
Innopac get in touch, possibly with a view to arranging a reconnaissance
visit for a few of my colleagues? We think we are particularly
interested in 3M machines, but any experience is welcome. We run "full
circulating" tattle tape security.
Thanks for any help,
Anne
