EVENING MEETING
"WHAT USE ARE LIBRARIANS?"

Time - 6.15 p.m.
Venue - University College London, Gower Street, London.
WC1 (Room to be confirmed)
Speakers : Lynne Brindley - Chief Executive, British Library
Susan Hockey - Professor of Library and
Information Studies, School of Library, Archive
and Information Studies, University College

Bob McKee - Chief Executive, Library Association
Each speaker will give a short presentation, and these will
be followed by comments, questions and discussion from and
with the audience.
There will be a light buffet supper with wine available
afterwards.
Admission for this event is free, but numbers are limited.
So please book early to avoid disappointment!

Shortly before the Evening Meeting, the London Section will
be holding its ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
Time - 6.00 p.m.
All members of the UC & R London Section are welcome to
attend the AGM.
