Just as I tend to call myself Special Collections
Librarian, rather than Assistant Librarian! My predecessor
took early retirement and returned on a part-time basis as
an ASSOCIATE Librarian - despite his now working under my
direction, readers go straight to him every time - because
I'm "just an assistant"!
It's the little things that get to you.....
