One of the problems with this issue is the Library Association's
Vacancies Supplement and the poorly paid jobs they advertise in there.
This practise, which has been mentioned on here before, looks like an
official LA legitimization of jobs which undervalue the LA's members.
Does anyone in the LA (which I am probably about to leave and abandon
chartership, such is the depth of my disillusionment) have a view on
this?
