A question to you all! :
Does anyone know of some good, cheap & easy barcodes? I have just realised
that I am going to have to replace all the barcodes in all 14000 of my stock
as the in-house ones from the old defunct system (which was never used fully
anyway) have got a space-bar built into the barcode before the number.
Hence, Heritage won't issue a book, as it reads an accession label as being
'_100' (for example)
I think I remember reading a year or so ago that there was a font available
that will print barcodes. Can anyone ratify this? Does anyone have such a
font? Does anyone know of somewhere that I can download some from
(shareware, or preferably freeware?)? Failing this can anyone come up with
a place that makes barcodes - I could go to The Barcode Shop, however, I
just want something really really cheap and simple, that I can produce
in-house on sticky labels, preferably. Last year's Gresswell catalogued
advertised their barcode service, but not in the new issue.
