Hi Loretta,
Deut. 32:35 says "Vengeance is mine" but it refers to the notion that God,
not humanity, has the right to take vengeance.
Exodus 20: 4-5 reads "You shall not make for yourself an idol.... for I...am
a jealous God" but vengeance is only implied against those who worship gods
other than "the Lord"
I am not aware of any passages that explicitly link jealousy and vengeance
as divine qualities.
