- Amnesty has added a new library database to its web site to facilitate
retrieval of news and reports.  You can either search, or browse for
documents in a number of different ways, for example, by theme (select
"refugees") or by country.

PARinAC - http://www.icva.ch/parinac/
- Still under construction; provides information on cooperation between
UNHCR and NGOs; includes a section describing EXCOM, PARinAC initiatives,
and a discussion forum; available in English, French and Spanish.

Refugee Caselaw (University of Michigan Law School) -
http://www.refugeecaselaw.org
- Interesting site that allows you to search for full-text case law in a
number of different ways; currently includes cases from Australia, Austria,
Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the
United States; the texts are provided in PDF format.

UNHCR-50 Foundation - http://www.unhcr-50.org
- Not fully completed yet; includes a gallery of "prominent" refugees, the
1951 refugee convention and states parties, information on a new refugee
education trust that will be established, a calendar of events to promote
UNHCR's 50th, etc.; also available in French.
