Manchester Computing used to run Abaqus training courses. However since abaqus
is used by some fnal year undergraduate courses and also an M.Sc. course, as
well as for postgraduate work, then it is more practical to provide lectures
and notes on abaqus directly to these students as part of their courses.
That way they can jut get the material relavant to their own needs, and it
allows for a build up of knowledge over a few weeks mixed with marked
coursework, rather than cramming it into an intensive couple of days.
Dr. Azam Tafreshi in Mech. Eng. at Manchester, has prouced a quite
comprehensive set of undergraduate notes on abaqus.
