Subject: [xansys] A question on explicit dynamic analysis
From: "Ng Siu Wai, Alex" <[log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> >
Dear all,
I have a question on explicit dynamic analysis. My question is as follows.
For implicit static structural analysis, if the constraints, loads and
material properties are correctly imposed, the converged solution will tend
to the true one as the mesh is refined subsequently. Does this rule still
hold for explicit dynamic analysis? If yes/not, why?
Thanks in advance.
