Which suggests a counter-argument to all those examples of how humans are
bad for the Earth:
A massive rock heading straight at us is set to destroy all life on the
Earth, but with our advanced technology we humans spot it and deflect it
harmlessly into the sun.
Well, it could happen, couldn't it?
