And this is exactly what it means when in economics you hear the phrase
the consumer is sovereign. You have the choice of not patronizing
McDonald's and telling other not to as well. Of course since you live in
Italy it also means you have to forgoe eating a decent burger, but that is
the cost of making that decision. Nobody said making a decision is
costless.
