A Special Issue of the 4th. World Multiconference on Systemics, Cybernetics

spaced typed pages, will be published by means of paper and electronic
proceedings.
Best papers will be selected for rawards and recommended for journal
publications.
Multiple author books will be published by iiis, based on best-invited
sessions, best
focus symposia or best mini-conferences.
