ANNOUNCEMENT:
eHealth: a Futurescope
Third International Conference in Advances in the Delivery of Care
City University, London
4-6 April 2001
The conference focuses on improving care by capitalising on the internet and
other advances in communications technology. Themes of the 2001 conference
include:
- change and its management
- information dissemination and control
- quality assurance
- sociology and psychology of the web
- information inclusion and exclusion
- patient/client perspectives
- interface between the internet and health care users
- commercial issues
The programme committee is seeking programme submissions, across a broad
range of themes from representatives of providers and consumers of health
care. In addition to welcoming submissions exploring advances of
communications technology in improving care, we are also interested in the
experiences of users and of policy makers.
Abstracts are welcomed for oral presentations (20 min duration), posters and
workshops (60-75 min duration). These should be 300-500 words long and in
English, with five keywords and the preferred mode of presentation.
