My $0.02 worth: I find the idea of submodules to be excellent; I only wish
that instead of being called submodules, we would just allow modules to be
nested, with appropriate scoping rules. (Just to keep the language
syntactically simpler) But submodules fix the problem of compilation cascase
by "grouping and hiding", and nesting the modules would make parsing even
harder, I imagine.
