Hi,
There was no version 6.5 of the Mipspro compilers. There was 7.1,
which was terrible, 7.2, which was good, and 7.3, which is better
in many ways, but still has a few bugs and has not yet been made the
default, AFAIK.
The real question is: what is the nature of the differences.
Depending on what the code does, differences between different
platforms can be expected.
