You want to have a multithreading solution, and of
the compilers I'm familiar with, try Absoft + autoparallelizing
preprocessor. The other compilers I'm familiar with either
don't support Linux or don't support multithreading. Note
that Absoft is f90 rather than f95, but this shouldn't make a
difference if you're porting an f77 code.

As an acquaintance of mine used to say,
"He wants hell and ice water."
You probably will have to change the source code for best
performance so as to optimize the caches on the dual processors.
The dual processors share the memory bus, which may well become
the limiting resource otherwise.
