A couple of minor points. COCO is already (I think) a standard. It's a
separate part of the Fortran standard(s) and is optional for compilers.
I don't believe it will be required for F2K compilers.
And, the version on the Fortran marketplace web site is a few years old
and isn't complete. I couldn't find a more current version on the web.
