Well, that's exactly what I did for Fujitsu ("improve the
English documentation"), so it isn't be so inscrutable 8^).
Maybe that compiler also accepts kind=2.
But we also created some training materials for NEC, so
that is why I wasn't sure which ones had the second kind.
(I should have the Fujitsu manuals, but can't seem to locate
them quickly--I've changed computers way too many times in
recent years. Maybe somebody using Fujitsu can help.
