As to "Information/Disinformation and Technological (un)Grounding" one
could examine the slew of recent films on the virtural city/world, for
ex."The Matrix" and "Dark City". Both embed characters in apparently
perfect virtual spaces, then, predictably, set up and resolve the
conflicts with cyber-revolutions. Although not great films they
certainly deal w/issues of power, technology and the control of
information, as well as identity construction and simulation.
