This conference is about innovation, culture, and the struggle for democracy and social improvement in the city. These themes will
be explored in a series of workshops on the environment, democracy, education, health, employment, culture and the role of Tyneside
in the world.
A booklet of articles and further ideas accompanying the conference will be available on the day as part of the conference fee. If
you would like an advance copy please send postage stamps to the value of two pounds to the address below.
The conference fee is £6 waged, £4 low waged and £1.50 unwaged. The fee includes lunch and conference booklet.
