Hello all,
I wonder if anyone on the list can point me towards critical work on
aleatoric writing? I've just been re-reading Jackson Mac Low and am
interested in:
finding out who else uses aleatoric methods and why;
discussion of compositional methods;
examples of pre-twentieth century aleatoric work (if any).
I'm thinking mainly of poetry but anything on fiction would also be of
interest (B. S. Johnson's the only writer I can think of in that
category).
Also, while I'm here, does anyone know if Jed Rasula has published any
books of poetry other than Tabula Rasula? Or, failing that, can anyone
point me towards any journals/anthologies that feature his work? I'm
particularly interested in finding a poem called (I think) In the Garden
of Circe.
Thanks for your help,
Nigel
