it is true that the medium is fairly elastic. Moreso I imagine than our
attention spans. I've rarely seen more than a couple of threads on the go
simultaneously, and it could be argued that mucho posting on one thread by a
small number of posters does edge out other possibilities. Have you any
ideas on how the potential you mention might become actual?
