Ah, thanks for this Mark, I'll get you... These guys (whoever they
are) certainly come through when needed, bless them, may they or their
like be there for all of you in turn. Terminally cynical, I can't
erase from my mind that my REALLY big contribution to US literature
last year was to cancel (for health reasons) a poetry reading tour I
had planned... so that may be how it's done... R
