Do a search for the ISP
eg in this case it was fsnet
if you are on IE5 just put fsnet in the url line and hit <RETURN>
with a bit of luck you will pull up the home address of the ISP or an
address which will point to it
in this case freeserve
and then look - _contacting us_, _terms of use_ etc
until you find the appropriate email address
often it is _abuse@_ and then the rest of the address
and with luck you will find an instruction about what to do - some are
somewhat coy about this & sometimes they'll say thereis nothing they can
do - I recommend pressing... they do act if you push...
otherwise it just goes on... there are some who just enjoy driving people up
the wall... the least we can do for / to them is to put them to the trouble
of having to get a new email address
send the offending email and, if necessary, explain why it is offensive - in
this case eg the fact that I received 7 of the damn things... 1 wld be odd
but no more... 7 in a row is clearly something else
ok?

the

abuser's
| ISP? If not, I (or someone) could circulate it.
