without wanting to make an issue of this, my assignation of the anthology to
the realms of LangPo was shorthand and e-mail sloppy at that altho' the 300
pages plus of the book's 'third gathering' is broadly LangPo-like as are
chunks of its second & fourth parts. more to the point, the anthology is
fulsome, numerous in contributors, full of linguistically innovative
writing, and very very hard going.
i'm 'all for' writing that extends poetry, trouble is, much of what i see
that purportedly does so, doesn't. as you say, the book 'ld be good for
pressing flowers (as in the precious, dead (aka 'dead precious') varieties?)
